My account was suspended, I booked 3 shifts and asked to confirm them and then asked to send government papers and I took the photo of my legal permanent residence several times and the system did not accept it, the time period passed and I could not confirm the work shifts and they were canceled the next day I tried to do the procedure again with my driver's license and it was accepted by the system but, the account was suspended.. assuring that my papers were issued by the United States government.
They assure me that they are false.
This has me upset for the reason of absurd and incompetent people... thank you very much

Havent been able to contact support with for month they dont havent got anything solved very horrible work support , couldnt clock out last night and they didnt help, they have not answering you but never really do anything.

This is Marian Lowery again, it's going on 2 weeks now and I have NOT RECEIVED MY CHECK THEY NEED TO REPROCESS MY CHECK IN ORDER TO GET ME MY MONEY IN AMOUNT OF $408.47 IN ABOUT TO BE EVICTED BEHIND THIS AND I JUST LOST ALL OF MY STUFF IN STORAGE BECAUSE OF THEM NOT RELEASING MY CHECK IN TIME ENOUGH TO PAY MY RENT AND BILLS.

My account has been hacked i contacted support almost 2 weeks ago and last night during my shift my account information was changed at 9:57 pm i have sent over 10 messages about this situation my name is Vanessa Randall I want this on every social media avenue i spoke with a captain and she advised me to contact support

Since I created my Instawork account, I haven't been able to accept any available work. Up until now, I still can't take on work with my Instawork account.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the client or 3rd party myself to let them know that Instawork hasn't paid me yet & it was resolved within 72 hours after that!
They paid out the hourly for my bartender shifts but they advertise or post the position as hourly plus tips. They have not paid me any of my credit card tips in over a month & each week it's a different excuse! Sad because I have bills to pay that's why I am working as much as I can!

Instawork customer lags in urgency when instapay isn't provided to correct debit card information, or missed entirely. Sometimes it takes over a month to get compensated. I've had to wait a month once before and received a paper check
I sent several emails, provided screenshots, of when my debit card was tampered with or altered while I was working a shift. I still haven't received payment or a direct deposit to the correct debit card ending in 6848.

Trying to change my phone number on my account. They keep running me in circles on their site.
Or they try to send me a code to a number I don't have anymore. (HENCE, THE TRYING TO CHANGE #). When I go to contact@***k they send me to the link for changing the account information. I fill in the info and try to submit and I'm told I don't have enough memory.??
I'M NOT UPLOADING!!! I'm just changing info. Take the old info out and insert new.

Non payment of wages and unfair practices
I was suspended filed an appeal but when I sent it half was cut out. I was suspended because instawork sent me to the wrong location and I have screenshots to prove instawork was at fault on January 20th I went to the sight the instawork app sent me to for that days shift with the partner company SAS merchandising, but nobody from SAS showed up.
I called and text the lead with no response so me and the other guy who showed up from instawork contacted them and were told if we wanted to be paid for our 4 hours per instawork policy we had to wait for 1 hour so we did. After waiting a week for the 4 hours pay I was told that the lead from SAS contacted me and told me to go to a different sight to work and since I didn't go I won't be paid. I was never contacted by SAS that night and I haven't been paid but the other guy was. On February 4th the app again sent me to the wrong place, and I was 34 minutes late getting to the right place, so the lead couldn't clock me in and my messages were being ignored on the app, so I was suspended for a month for being a no show.
I emailed SAS, and I'm waiting till Monday to find out if they will approve my 4 hours pay and reinstate my account. If not I'll be writing a review on them.

An automated service answered, saying that it was no longer accepting calls on that number and even went so far as to give an additional prompt to a bogus email. I'm quite certain they could find someone to fill the position of answering a customer support call. That's literally their whole purpose for existing.
